Happy New Year!

In 2021, we had the honor of serving more people than ever before! Thank you for referring your friends, family and colleagues to us.

It was so much fun to see everyone at our VIP Boat Charter Event in August. If you want to be on the VIP list, just reach out and we will explain how it works!

Our Christmas Open House in December was a stormy, windy, rainy day. But we loved hosting and catching up with those who were able to make it.

We continued our tradition of giveaways in 2021. In the Spring we gave away a one-year flower delivery subscription. In July, one winner got their monthly mortgage paid. And at Christmas we gave away a Roomba iRobot Vacuum. It’s our way of saying thank you for your support and trust.

My son, Antonio, and his fiancée, Abbie got married in Hood River, Oregon, in August. It was a beautiful day. Weddings stir up lots of emotions. With a blended family, it can feel like emotional Tetris! But we all behaved ourselves and it was an amazing celebration of their love. At their reception, I was able to reconnect with my daughter, Tricia (21), after being disconnected for a few years. You can imagine the joy it brought to this mom's heart. Antonio and Abbie moved into their new home in Austin in September. So, I will be saving up my airline miles for regular visits ;) The Canadian border opening allowed for my Mom and sister, Tiff, to attend the wedding, which was so meaningful. As a Canadian, I took for granted the freedom and flexibility to travel across the border. So once it opened, I was so happy to have them here for a visit.

As a “people person” and real estate agent by day, and agent-trainer by afternoons/evenings, the restriction of COVID meant that I chose to embrace Zoom in 2021. I set a goal of teaching 2 classes every month and it turned out to be such a gift. I was able to network with agents from around the world, meet new clients, and make new friends. Emphasizing mindset, wealth-building and mentoring, teaching brought so much joy in the midst of all the craziness and uncertainty of this year.

In 2021, 30% of our business came from agent referrals. From here in Seattle, to Brazil and beyond, our Keller Williams referral network is worldwide. Predictions are that the real estate market will continue to improve in the first 2 quarters of 2022.
