🌟✨ Celebrating Milestones: New Home Christmas

Tree Ornaments for Your Clients in 2023 🏡🎄

Hello, incredible Moms in Real Estate!

As we approach the Christmas Season, filled with warmth, joy, and the spirit of giving, I want to share a heartfelt reminder that it's never too late to add a touch of personal connection to your client relationships. Picture this: a beautifully decorated Christmas tree adorned with ornaments representing the homes you've helped your clients find in 2023. It's not just a thoughtful gesture; it's a celebration of the milestones you've achieved together!

Why New Home Christmas Tree Ornaments?

  1. Memorable Keepsakes: A new home is a significant milestone, and what better way to commemorate it than with a special ornament? Every time your client hangs it on their tree, they'll be reminded of the journey you shared and the home you helped them find.

  2. Symbol of Connection: The holiday season is about connecting with loved ones, and this gesture extends that sentiment to your clients. It reinforces the bond you've created and shows them that they're not just clients; they're part of your extended family.

  3. Yearly Tradition: Imagine your clients starting a tradition of unwrapping that special ornament each year, reminiscing about the excitement of moving into their new home. It becomes a beautiful tradition that keeps you in their thoughts every holiday season.

How to Make it Happen:

  1. Selecting the Perfect Ornament: Here’s the One we bought for this year!

  2. Personalize the Gesture: Include a handwritten note expressing your gratitude and best wishes for their first holiday season in their new home. Personal touches go a long way in making this gesture even more special.

  3. Delivery Options: If distance permits, hand-deliver the ornaments to your clients. The personal touch of a doorstep delivery is unmatched. For those farther away, consider mailing the ornaments with a festive package, ensuring they receive it in time for the holidays.

A Meaningful Investment for Your Business:

Beyond the personal joy this gesture brings, it's also a subtle yet powerful investment in your business. Happy clients are more likely to refer friends and family, and this thoughtful touch can set the stage for lasting relationships and future transactions.

So, Mommas in Real Estate, take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey you've shared with your clients in 2023. It's not too late to add a sprinkle of holiday magic to their new homes and make this season unforgettable for them and for you.

Here's to creating lasting memories and fostering connections that go beyond the transactional – one ornament at a time. Happy Holidays!

With warmth and excitement,

Hugs, Rebecca 🏡🎄✨

This is my story, this is my song, praising my Savior all the day long!

There is nothing more powerful than a testimony. It says we will overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the WORD of our testimony. I recently was asked to share at the INCREASE Conference on my “baby steps to becoming a millionaire real estate Mom” and every time I share all my short comings and how I learned how to get over them all, it’s like I am reminding myself of alllllll that could be possible when I choose to have faith like a child all over again! The topic of Prayer Board & Vision Board is something that has been a part of my life since the 3rd grade. When we were tasked with the homework of journaling, I would jot a few words down and then draw what I saw in my imagination. Little did I know I was dyslexic (I didn’t find out until I was in my 20s) and that that’s one of our “superpowers” is the ability to see things in a way that others may not. Well now I’m offering the opportunity for you to come on this journey with me.

If you feel STUCK, this workshop is for you!

If you feel like you’re in a new season of reinventing yourself, this class is for you!

If you are looking to make friends with like minded individuals who think BIG and act BOLD about their dreams, this is your invitation.

hugs,

Rebecca

Concerned about an aging loved one? Consider these 6 things:

  1. Create a budget: Retirement can be an expensive time of life, so it's important to create a budget and stick to it. This will help you make the most of your savings and ensure that you don't run out of money in retirement.

  2. Consider your housing options: Your housing needs and preferences may change in retirement. For example, you may want to downsize to a smaller home or move to a location that is more affordable or convenient. Look into your options before you retire to help you decide where you want to live.

  3. Stay engaged with the community: As you age, it can be especially important to stay engaged with your community. Joining clubs, participating in volunteer work, or attending community events can help you stay connected and active.

  4. Get professional advice: If you're not sure about how to plan for a happy retirement, don't hesitate to seek professional advice. Financial advisors, retirement planners, or estate planning attorneys can all be great resources. This is where we come along side you as Senior Real Estate Specialists to determine how we can help. Feel free to call 253-576-7707 anytime to speak with Rebecca.

  5. Be open to changes: Be open to change as sometimes retirement doesn't look like as we imagined or something comes unexpectedly. Be open to new opportunities, be it traveling, learning new hobbies or exploring new places,

  6. Evaluate your insurance coverage: Review your insurance coverage before you retire, to make sure that you have enough to protect you and your loved ones in case of any unexpected events.

Remember that retirement is not a one-time event, it's a process and it can take some time to adjust to a new lifestyle. It's important to be patient with yourself and to remember that it's never too late to make changes if you find that something isn't working out as you had hoped. 3 Steps To Figure Out What You’re Supposed To Do Next With Your Life

3 steps to help identify what God is calling you to do next. When I find myself at a crossroads or feeling uncertain about things, here are 3 ways I find direction:

  1. Grab a blank piece of paper and reflect on your passions: What are the things that matter most to you and that you are most passionate about? Maybe God is calling you to use your love of napping to start a line of luxury beds, or perhaps you have a true calling as the inventor of the world's most delicious banana bread recipe. Only you and your taste buds can know for sure! Write them down and follow the excitement.

  2. Seek guidance from trusted leaders and mentors: Consider talking with a role model, or other trusted leaders about your discernment process. They can provide insight and guidance based on their own experience and understanding of God's will, or at least point you in the direction of the next step. Sometimes talking with someone outside of your day to day life, can offer incredible advice! (This is one of my passions- “brainstorming sessions” with people who want to bounce ideas off of me)

  3. Pray and listen for his voice: Spend time in prayer and meditation, asking him to guide and direct your path. Be open to all the ways in which God may speak to you, whether through dancing trees, scripture, a song that comes on the radio, license plates, the counsel of others, or your own inner knowing/peace. Trust that he will guide you in the right direction, or at least give you a gentle nudge or a swift kick if you're veering off course.

I have a burning desire to launch a new division of our business and I can’t wait to share the details with you! Hope these steps help you discover your next steps too.

    Xo

    Rebecca

P.S. If you do all the above and it doesn’t work, take a nap! Naps are a great way to solve problems and wake up with renewed strength and energy.
