We love sharing client stories and this is a great one.

The Stokoes reached out to us because they were moving to New Jersey and needed to sell their home. But, they were worried about what would happen if they sold quickly—before they’d found a home in their new city.

This is a common concern and one that doesn’t need to prevent you from selling. When the Stokoes hired Rebecca, they hired a negotiating expert. She brought them an offer over list price, that also included a free, two-month long rent-back. Which meant, they got to live in their home, rent free, for 60 days!

Another common question is how to time the sale of an existing home with the purchase of a new one. Often, clients need their home to sell in order to afford the new house.
