Behind-the-Scenes at a Listing Consultation

When you get a call from a prospective listing client, what do you say? How do you turn that phone call into a face-to-face appointment? What do you say when you’re face-to-face with a seller? How do you turn that face-to-face appointment into a signed client?

These are the fundamental questions, right?

To hear my answers, check out this listing consultation video I made! It’s just over 15-minutes, so it won’t take you long to watch. I go over the words I use during my conversation with sellers as well as the paperwork I provide.

Hope it helps! Please share any questions or tips for me in the Comments below.

What Do Millionaires Have in Common?

What do millionaires have in common?

What attitudes, habits and approaches to life and business are shared by people who achieve at the highest levels?

If we could identify those things, couldn’t we repeat them ourselves and see similar results?

We could.

If you’re thinking that you don’t have the time or ability to do a comprehensive study of high-achievers, it’s okay. You don’t have to. It’s already been done.

And it’s a class.

In fact, it’s one of my favorite classes to teach. It’s called, The Six Personal Perspectives. (Although, I sometimes call it, Habits of Millionaires). And it’s a distillation of what Gary Keller learned by studying the mindsets of the super-successful.

While Habits of Millionaires is a catchy title, it’s so much more than that. I want to communicate that creating the life or career we want, is very often a matter of copying the little habits and attitudes of other people who are already living it. So while it’s not always easy, the approach can be simple.

The great thing is that these foundational perspectives apply across industries, so you don’t have to be a real estate agent to reap the rewards of applying them in your life.

And the even better news is that I’m teaching this class online, in 30-minute, weekly sessions.

For FREE.

For anyone who wants to attend.

Starting April 8th, I’ll be going live on Zoom from 10am-10:30am (PST). This is an interactive class with lots of time for questions and practicing the concepts we’re covering.
